Responsible Use of Service

You agree to use Send-It responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes respecting the privacy of other players and obtaining appropriate consent before recording matches that include other participants.

03 / Location

Location Data Usage

Send-It may request access to your location data to provide enhanced features such as:

• Nearby padel club recommendations
• Geotag match recordings for organization
• Improve your overall user experience

This data is used solely for enhancing your experience and is never shared with third parties.

04 / Recording

Video Recording & Privacy

Send-It records videos only when you activate the recording feature during play. These videos are stored securely on our encrypted servers for exactly 14 days, after which they are automatically and permanently deleted.

Important: All videos uploaded to Send-It are publicly viewable by anyone using the mobile application. Videos cannot be manually deleted before the 14-day period expires, but you can download them at any time during this period. YouTube API Services videos do not expire after the 14-day period and remain accessible on YouTube unless you choose to delete them by contacting us directly.

When you use features powered by YouTube API Services, your use of YouTube's services is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review Google's privacy practices to understand how your data is handled when using YouTube-related features.
